Recovery.

Recovery is one of the most important aspects in achieving your fitness goals. At B3 Training, we want to make sure that recovery is one of our priorities, which is why our workouts go off of a split workout schedule. This schedule will give our muscles and bodies 72 hours to recover before training the same muscle groups again. This is important because for our muscles to grow they must be broken down. And for a muscle to be broken down it must have stress applied to it. When the muscle is broken down it forms micro tears in the muscle.

Over time micro tears in the muscles heal and build the muscles back stronger. Adequate recovery time is going to help accelerate this process and promote muscle growth. If you do not give your muscles time to adequately recover you are going to slow down the muscle building process while also increasing risk of injury. This recovery step is one that can not be overlooked!
