  • Yes. These workouts can easily be done in the gym if that is your preference. Exercises that are done with a band can also be completed with a cable, dumbbell, barbell, or machine depending on the exercise and your personal preference.

  • Absolutely not. These workouts are programmed for any fitness level. The exercises that will be the hardest, in terms of ability to perform, will require more balance, stability, and core control. If an exercise like this is too hard, do not worry! There will be modifications provided so you can swap for an easier exercise or variation. As you progress through modifications, you will start to see improved strength, balance, and stability that will enable you to perform the full workout without the need for a modification.

  • Each exercise has a video demonstration on the B3 Training app that shows you exactly how the exercise is performed.

  • I have set up the workouts each week on a split workout schedule. This means that we will focus on certain muscle groups on specific days of the week. By doing so, it will allow our bodies time to recover, help us maximize our workouts, build muscle, and prevent injury. See the workouts tab for a more detailed breakdown or click here.

  • All workouts take an average of 60 minutes to complete. These workouts can easily be modified if you are short on time by performing the supersets and circuits fewer times than the workout calls for.

  • Yes! If you are not able to perform every workout than I would aim for completing at least 3 workouts that hit all the major muscle groups (chest/back, arms/shoulders, and legs). If you are hitting all the muscle groups at least once per week and have your nutrition in check then you can most definitely still see progress and reach your goals.

  • Cardio is not a “one size fits all” approach. Depending on what your fitness goals are, doing cardio is not even mandatory. Many people associate doing cardio with weight loss. Although it can provide a benefit, being in a calorie deficit is the most important factor in regards to losing weight and changing your body composition. If cardio is something you want to do then I suggest picking a cardio option that you enjoy.

  • You will receive a response within 24 hours if the question is sent via email. If volume and workload is heavy you may receive a response that your question has been received, but that it will take longer than 24 hours. If a questione is asked via social media I will try my best to answer them all in a timely fashion.

  • Yes. Your membership will be closed at the end of the subscription period that you originally paid for once you cancel. You must cancel 24 hours before your renewal date as no refunds will be issued for any reason.
