What is B3 Training?

The mission of B3 Training is to design an at home workout program using minimal equipment to bring you the results you are after with added convenience of working out from your home. We truly believe that you can attain any goal you set for yourself while training from the comfort of your own home.

About My Journey

If you find yourself here, I am excited to have the opportunity to help you on this journey.  My name is Alex and I would love to share a little bit about me and what went into the creation of B3 Training. I believe that you will learn that B3 Training is something that can be of great benefit to you in more ways than one.

Fitness and nutrition has always been a passion and priority of mine, but will never be my absolute top priority.  My faith and my family will always come first.  I have a wonderful and supportive wife, Carly, that means the world to me.  We love living our lives together as we continue to grow in our marriage.

My passion for health and fitness has run deep for a long time.  I have always been active and enjoyed working out and playing just about any sport growing up.  In college I majored in Kinesiology at the University of Tennessee; learning about human anatomy, body movement, and nutrition. 

Up until 2020 I have enjoyed working out in a gym setting with free weights, machines, cables, etc.  When COVID-19 shut down gyms I decided to buy some dumbbells and resistance bands and train at home.  It made me get creative with my workouts since I didn’t have any of the equipment that I was accustomed to using at the gym.  More importantly, it became evident that the workouts I designed at home were just as effective in comparison to what I accomplished at the gym.  I definitely attribute that to my knowledge of fitness and nutrition and I feel blessed to be able to train at home and not skip a beat.  After seeing how effective my workouts could be at home, along with the added benefits of saving time and money, I decided even when gyms opened back up I would continue to work out at home.

I recently decided to get my personal training license and start a business where I can share my at home workouts with the rest of the world in hopes to provide you all with the same benefits that I’ve seen in my own life these past couple of years.  I want this to be a place where we can workout together and encourage each other no matter what level of fitness you are at.  I hope that you will continue taking a look at my website and if you feel like this is the place for you then I certainly look forward to hearing from you and working out together for a long time!
